It is no longer affiliated with the Kherson Group as of March 21st, 2012 which is a top notch agency that dose an excellent job at filtering out scammers! The Kiev group do not have an operating web page that I'm aware of anymore.

# Scam scenarios: Me and Yuliya were a perfect fit all the way and I had made several trips to Kyiv, Ukraine from 2007 - 2010, 2012 and 2013. During that time I spent well over $4,800.00 dollars on her just on English lessons over the years and for a new $150.
# Details: Me and Yuliya were a perfect fit all the way and I had made several trips to Kyiv, Ukraine from 2007 - 2010, 2012 and 2013. During that time I spent well over $4,800.00 dollars on her just on English lessons over the years and for a new $150.00 on a new Cell Phone. I also spent in access of close to $2,000.00 in jewelry for her. In November 2011 I lost my job and was not able to go and see her But we got in engaged that month any how to be married and we spent most of 2011 writing back and forth getting our wedding plans all together. By May 2012 I took a trip to Kyiv to see her and we went over all our wedding plans and got everything finalized for 2013. On March 2ed, 2013 she had informed me that she was going to a friends Birthday party that day in witch she went. Later on March 12th 2013 She E-Mails me to inform me that she had met her Friends Cousin and asked to brake our relations after 6 1/2 years and our Engagement of just over a year. I stayed in contact wi!rnth the Marriage agency until today 10/23/2013 when I learned on Facebook by way of a number of postings on the office managers page that Yuliya had in fact not met a man at a Birthday Party she had dumped me for a man 30+ years older than me living in Boynton Beach, Florida. On investigating his page I came across photos of just her on his page going back to April 2012! Seems kind of odd she met him in April 2012 and I go to talk to her and get our Wedding Plans taken care of in May 2012! I made a last ditch effort to meet with her in July 2013 and in August 2013 this guy met with her and had photos of just her on his Facebook page. I now question as to if she ever took the English lessons from April 2012 to March 2013. She spoke vary limited English when she started to learn it but by 2012 she could not speak any but she could read most of it and she is able to respond to Text messages on her Cell Phone. If you would like photos of her I have well over 21 photos of her fro!rnm 2007-2013.
