why does this surprise you? in Romania I saw a lot of farm vechiles, especially tractors still working wihtout a well, some are specialy designed to do so in case they have a flat tire or a problem with the hub. romanian tractors have this ability.

Gotta say I found two in our area.One was for a treadmill (which I would love to own, since it is difuciflt to run in the rain). The other was for a Cricut Expressions Die-Cutting Machine. I would LOVE one of those too!

this ladies so called PASSPORT is nothing but a compulsory russian ID card , i have seen russian passports and they are in russian and english , but for the purpose of identifying the scammer for the russian IRS the id card is good enough for prossecution , so my friends if you been scammed report them to the russian IRS
