I'm the person who first reported this. Wanted US$300 for a visa to Malta when it only costs US$40. Step by step on how to get a visa (which is very easy for a Russian to get for Malta is here: http://www.legal-malta.com/immigration/old/visa-assist.htm) Wanted US$150 for a hotel in Moscow. But then only US$20 to eat! Told me twice she had booked the seats but when I phoned airline she was not on passenger list and the return flight was full.
