It's the same ones behind this tidal wave of spam-scam from west africa, probally coming from Lagos in Nigeria, the girl in the photo probally is either a) in on the whole thing, or b) doesn't even know her photo's are being used! Scam from west africa at the moment is coming in like someone took a stick & poked through the side of a hive full of wasps!
