Let's be careful with the generalizations. I happen to be talking to a wonderful lady from Yoshkar-Ola, and yes, perhaps there are many scammers that are from Y-O, or are LISTED as being from Y-O, but my lady is definitely, 100% proven by me non-scammer.
So, Y-O is not ALL scammers. If you'd check some IPs, you'll see many times that the scammer is not from where they say they are.

Money is needed for visa/ticket. This person was posted sometime ago. I referenced the profile, but they did not post it. Check out profile # 1777. Same name and picture; but different scam. This one has been known to use different scenarios to part people from their money.
