FB, you should go to Ukraine then you will see many uniform girls with long hair & done up hair.
First time I saw them was in 1995 when I arrived in Kiev airport, it was very unusual but lovely.

Now that definitely makes sense Big Sister. Long beautiful hair in a uniform just does not add up. I have never seen a military woman with long hair anyway. But then I'm Canadian.
