Comment from Hautedawg

I was recently contacted by her, fresher pics, but her. Needed $980 (USD) for travel fare. Needless to say, I did not send it. She is very persuasive, but quite obviously a scammer. She is good at it though!

From pictures 4 and on; we can confirm that she is part of the scam. There are way too many pictures of her holding signs with potential victims names.

We understand the translation of the "OV's". My point being is the percentages are still way to high to be legit.

just a unrelated note the datingclub.kiev.ua is not a honest site they allow known scammers such as Ilona Potupaylenko to operate on there site

Thanks W.A. I was a little bit surprised that the seasoned campaigners didn't know that. Igualmente for "amiga" and "amigo", in that order...female/male. Thanks for your encouragement..is what we hope also.

OVA indicates the feminine gender at the end of a surname. OV at the end of a surname indicates the male gender. I have Russian friends and staff who explained this to me. ps. keep up the good work lads, hopefully you have saved a few guys some heartache.

Comment from Dameon

But that is not as common as an ending as you would think. But anything is possible; I just thought I would throw some math and statistics into the equation.

.......as in Mikesonova B.

Maybe -ova is as common as -son is here....Anderson, Johnson, etc.

Golly we are able to have statistical anylysis done on our scammers now...COOL... this site just keeps imoroving every week. To bad you don't have someway of figuring out how much the smart ones score per hit. Problem there is not every guy will tell us how much he was taken for...so it makes the +/- error degree inacurate. Interesting why they would choose names ending with "OVA" as a common scam name. Maybe they are fixated on 'ova'ries.

FYI - I had one of my "Computer Geek's" minions run a statistical analysis on the names posted on this site. (It is good to be the boss)There are 260 pages of scammers here with 6 scammers per page. The total number of postings is 1,560. For a fair representation of this list, my minion randomly selected 80 pages equaling 460 posted names. Names ending with "OVA" account for 33% of the total postings. Names ending with "EVA and AVA" account for another 12%. Once you take into account the actual number of postings that have no surname listed or where the posting is from a non - F.S.U. country, these percentages increase. And although "OVA" maybe a common ending to last names in the F.S.U. and Russian nations, I do not believe that it is this common! - Again, this is just based on statistical probablilties with the given information. I must go make my minion do some real work now - like fetch me more coffee. By the way - she is very cute!

Mike - I am sure there are some real Ova's out there. But take a quick scan through this database and you will see a very high number of Ova's. Exponentially high; at least I think so. So I am saying that the person who is behind the e-mails using Ova in their last name is probably a scammer. It is just a clue.

Comment from Mike

Why is the -ova suffix not real, Dameon? Enlighten me, please.

Comment from weston

i have seen this one before, she is popular on all the dating sites and by the sounds of it she seems to be doing quite well

Comment from James

Ouch - a nice hit for this scammer. And Stefano is probably Italian? or maybe Swiss? Whatever, the scammers have no preferred nationality - they just want CASH.

Comment from Dameon

Will someone please get the word out - if there last name ends with "OVA", they are not real.
