Roamer,you apple polisher!! Yes, many teenage students,who can't speak English, do approach more senior friends ,or acquaintances,to write letters in English for them so they can play the scam game. They know it's easy money and have no qualms about raising money through internet fraud, to augment their meager incomes. I had a Russian sheila tell me about that when I was communicating with Ruskies (given up now)and oddly enough....that was in Yoshkar Ola...can you believe that !!
