I bet you would, Roamer :-) As for Anon; as far as internet dating is concerned; the answer would be yes. I was unable to make it to Lugansk when I was in the Ukraine, so I cannot comment on what the city is actually like. It is probably like most E. European Cities; nice, hard working people with beautiful, proud women. All cities have their share of rats; just look at my beloved NYC. But I would definitely not try and hook-up with anyone on the internet that shows Lugansk as their home city. But then, that is just my opinion. What do you think web Admin?
