Sorry to hear this Matthew. Unfortunately, it is happening to many men. I also suggest, as it has been mentioned here before that you send a personal letter to the Russian Federal Government. You can even address it to Putin. It would appear that in some cases, the Federal Government of Russia has put pressure on the local municipalities to go after the scammers. It is likely that the actual province that this scammer comes from is Mari-El. You can verify that by using the IP header in her e-mails. I wish you luck!
