Lartey instantly started asking for money, for rent then internet expenses. She then in detail told me about a travel agent that would set her up with passport/visa and plane tickets to come to the usa. I received an email from this "travel agent" detailing the costs. One thing that really caught my eye was the agent would not take credit cards but stated only cash, and to send that cash to rose. I believe it was close to $3200.00. Then when i refused she said to send $600.00 for marriage rites. Its laughable,
