# Details: this guy falls in love immediately, sends gifts ie...flowers, jewlery, teddy bears, then says hes got a contract deal that will set him for life Signs a contract to purchase cars from japan and sell them to a developing country. He lives in Postfalls Idaho and has to leave the country to travel to japan and purchase his cars, which he spends 3weeks doing, then travels to Accra Ghana Africa to sell his cars, but runs into a problem getting them out of Port Authorities. He doesnt have enough money because he has invested his life saving into the purchase of the cars. He claims everything is already set up except the new government of Ghana has increased the amount of taxes and tariffs so that why the unexpected cost. So he asks for help to finish paying of the import costs so he can finalize the contract and collect his 14 million dollars and come home with his 5 year old son and marry you. Then once you pay him that money he also now needs $7000 more to rent space to park his cars while the Ghana government inspects them. He has documents that state the purchase of cars from the High Court of Justice Probate Division...and Minister of Finance and Economic Planning of Ghana letter of agrement with spelling error

The first money sent was sent Western Union, but changed to money grams at walmart because they were cheaper to send the money and it was just as fast. The money was sent to the name "Basten Boadu" in Accra, Ghana. he received money 5 times for a total of approx $9000. He also used the name Basten Allen Hyslop. I web cammed with the person numerous times I received pictures of so I thought he was being honest and upfront. I also spoke to him on the phone often also spoke to his son on the phone. He's very smooth and very persuasive.
