This person is not in the United Kingdom at all. The IP address of 82.128.2.170 shows this person is in Lagos Nigeria. Victoria Island is a very popular Nigerian scam home. I am sure if I would have continued she would have asked for money or something but these Nigerians piss me off and when I see where they are from I shut them down.
