The money was to be sent western union, i have reported her Canada personals, and her profile was removed,she claimed that she took it off herself, I have not heard anything from Canada personals, regarding her, I reported Marina Garshina 2 years ago as a scammer and she turned out to be one..but I did not hear form Canadda personal about her either. I did contact Dakar immigration but have heard nothing back as yet.
