# Details: In 2004, I traveled to Kiev where I met Victoria, paying for her airfare from Donetsk. At that meeting she requested a cell phone and when on a shopping spree, but foolishly I went ahead with the processing of a US fiancee visa for her. Early on, I sent her flowers and when my credit card was charged for an extra $200, I did suspect something wrong but my bank restored the money and I let it go. While awaiting the approval for the visa, she began requesting many things and I foolishly began sending her $100 each month. When the visa approval moved to the final stages requiring her physical she requested $1,700 for travel to Kiev and other needs in preparation for coming to the USA. Instead of giving the medical exam to the US embassy in Kiev, she said she gave it to an agency. Afterwards she began telling me that she had viruses and had to go for injections, but she never gave the medical to the authorities and I finally informed the immigration service that I suspected she was a fraud and ask them to cancel the fiancee visa. On Chance for Love, ID # 1995, she lists her birthday as January 8, 1978, that is 29 years old. But on the fiancee visa, she gave the previous birthday now at 36 years old. She seems to be very familiar with the scam using romance tours to bilk unsuspecting men of their money via shopping sprees and then subsequent Western Union support. Overall I must have lost $3,000 - $4,000 to this woman.
