And the letters show some typical cut and paste pattern, but also did follow a progression of chat, discussion of a possible meeting, agreement to the meeting in Moscow, discussion of when to meet - all before the pitch for money finally came. This scammer obviously follows the philosophy of 'build the relationship' rather than go for translation or travel expenses right away.
