What I know is that when some guy kills my family I shulod have the possibility to sue this guy and let a judge decide whether his legal argument is valid or not. Without a judge there is no law and I can do whatever I want, including terrorism especially if the non-existence of the judge is because the killing guy refuses to allow such judged to decide over his actions. It's that simple: the guy either cooperates in creating courts where I can sue him, or we are back in the Hobbesian state of nature.(and you shulod do something about this captcha, because I have entered it zillions of times without result)

I realized after the sagsuae party that when we were discussing legal crap, Justin casually referenced Marbury v. Madison and I, for some reason, thought he had mentioned Lochner v. New York. That explains my no doubt inscrutable comment about bakery hours. I was clearly craving dessert and had baked goods on the brain. This comment makes that party sound much nerdier than it actually was. That takes some doing.
