Ok, you have several parts to you quitseon Getting a car loan will affect your credit, but having a car loan will not affect your insurance rate. Your insurance, whether the amount is high or low, has no bearing on your credit report. The insurance quote is based upon the type of car you get and it's safety features. For example, a 1965 Ford Mustang is going to be more expensive versus a 1985 Ford Pinto.Hope that makes sense

There are numerous rsnaoes to why someone would either have a low credit score or get denied outright for credit on a loan. This could have nothing to do with your income or the holdings that you currently have. Credit is almost solely based on your acquiring and paying off of debt. Whether that be a mortgage, student loan, or a rolling credit card balance, if you have no debt, you most likely will have little to no credit. Therefore if you are denied credit through one channel, research other channels to acquire some. Credit cards is probably the easiest and most logical way to start improving your credit score. Take inventory of all your credit cards and their respective balances. Budget yourself to be able to significantly lower their balances, preferably below 25% of the limit.Credit institutions like low balances, but also love present balances as well.If you have the option to completely pay off a loan, I wouldn’t completely recommend it. I do realize that interest will accrue on unpaid debt, but that is the trade-off. If you know you can take large chunks out of your debt situation with consistent monthly payments, do that instead of wiping the debt clean off the map.The interest payments may seem unnecessary to you, but they will in fact help improve your credit.Another route is to do a self audit of your credit background. Find out what your three credit scores are and find all the discrepancies on each. Make a conscious effort to right all the wrongs that appear on your credit history. These past blemishes stay on your credit report for a very long time, but that does not mean that you cannot rectify the issues. Work with companies who added the credit blemishes and do everything in your power to get them fixed. These methods may take some time, but if you do straighten out your history and acquire a credit card that you use responsibly, there is no reason why you should not see an improvement pretty quickly. +11

I have learned that from my business. If you are shopping around to start your own business, I can send you a link and you can decide if this company is right for you.
