The Credit Reporting Agencies are multi-BILLION dollar FOR-PROFIT enettiis. The worse someones credit is, the more money that they make.. That is the reason that 79% of Credit Reports contain errors. The NCLC (National Crucial point for Consumer Law) made a study titled Automated Injustice which details how the credit bureaus have automated the dispute processing for consumers. TRUE done by professioanls is not simply about writing a dispute letter its about identifying items that are reporting information that is innacurate, outdated or unverifiable, and using various consumer laws to break down the credit reporting agencies and data furnishers to remove the entries or right them. Out of the BILLIONS of pieces of data the credit reporting agencies aggregate each month there are way too many errors. Consumers need help, most of their attempts to right errors on their own reports are met with futile stall, and frivolous responses from the credit reporting agencies. Most consumers give up that's what the CRA's will hope they do, as they profit more once the consumers credit is tarnished That's the certainty about the credit industy! There are many legal, moral and ethical companies out there just make sure you don't go with anyone that had unrealistic claims or tells you to lie about items on your report. Additionally there are strict laws preventing companies about charging in advance of their services being provided. Make sure you clarify what services you are paying for, and only pay after those services are provided. Question the company if they have a Performance Based charging model, wheras you only pay after the work is complete- This is also known as a Pay Per Deletion model. .

I also contacted this lady with the same reference to an agency for interpretation (fee of course)and I got curious and clicked on the agency, searched and found her profile, she has been listed for a couple years. she also sent me practically identical letter and photos (but not the last one in her whitew skirt showing her upper thigh). I also grew suspicious when my last letter went unaswered.
