Not all online prramgos are the same. You may be surprised to hear that many four year brick and mortar colleges and universities offer distance learning. The perk of attending one of these not-for profit colleges is a good one: most don't differentiate between a degree earned online or on-campus, so no one will know you earned you degree online unless you tell them (in case you are worried about its reception). Many also consider you to be a regular student, so you get access to on-campus amenities like the library or student clubs. Distance learning sometimes costs less, it depends on the college, and can be a great way of obtaining a valuable degree from a trusted institution. I'm attaching a listing of four year colleges and universities with online Bachelor degrees (and higher!). It's a start and can give you a better idea of what you are looking at.

I met this woman twice in 2004 in Lugansk. She is real. I spent time with her and met her family and friends. When I got home after the second trip, I sent money so she could take English lessons. I did this because she was going to visit me in 2005. Instead, she went to Poland and is now working there for a few years. After that, she wants to return to study at the university. I keep in touch with her but I'm a little annoyed that she didn't come to visit me. The women over there just don't understand the care they get from foreign guys. But at least they show up at the airport. I can't get any American woman on Match.com to respond to my letters. They can't even say, "No thank you. I'm not interested." I'll give Ukraine another try real soon.
