I miss yoga very much but can't seem to work it in when I need it the most. And when I don't need it..ha well I don't make time for it then either. However on the brhgit side, when I am doing something that resembles a particular stretch or pose I hold it just for a second just to remember how good it feels and I think those seconds count for something. Hey, it's just an idea.

Depends on the job. When I worked ER, I had to talk with my wife about what hanpeped. It was a way for stress relief. I don't know what kind of work you're in but if it is a highly stressed job don't hold your anger or stress inside. It will only make matters worse. If it is stress, tell your wife or a friend that you want to discuss what's going on at work for a preset time period and then leave it at that and go on.
