russian-personals.com doesn't seem to have any anti-scam advice. A good agency will post this information on their site. Pira is to blame as well for not consulting with this agency or friends or family as to whether to send money to a stranger.

Pira, A normal Russian or Ukrainian girl will be afraid to meet a stranger in another country. Most want to meet you in their own home town or at least the capitol. I suspect that you’re from somewhere in Europe? I was in Kharkov earlier this year and it’s very easy to get to. Always meet the lady in her home city. If she refuses it’s a scam. And if you do go be careful because they will try to scam you in person too.

I admit with the fact that I was top silly and naive, for I didn't take care about the stammers' plots. Frankly I am not sad about the amount I lost but the shock made me think with darkest corner toward this world...

A bit of a chunky monkey isn't she? You sent her $150. Now she'll take that to Kharkov cafes and eat more cake and get fatter than she already is.
