BIG ONE,I fully agree. some very good points made, but what is needed is to get back to basics here. Then the site will be much better for it .?

Comment from Steve

To conclude we can not say this is a scam agency just because they use model pics in their banner ads. Their women appear to be real although this agency seems to be a little pushy with translators, flower & gift delivery. They also seem to be very controlling at the meeting. For this reason I personally would not use them.

Steve - now for the first time in many weeks you have actuall put up some very usefull 'pointers'. Now that you are heading in the right direction(actual good advice) I hope that it will be the end of your bickering, waffling, ranting and raving and self-richous atitude and more good advice will come from you.

The first 30 minutes of their interpreter is included with the introduction fee ($100). After this apparently you can decide if one is needed further. I am assuming this agency will push one to make money. I've seen girls pretend not to speak English to play this game. Proceed with caution.

Comment from Steve

I sent this agency an email asking if I could use my own interpreter. Their answer "It is allowed to use only a UFMA translator as he is familiar with the ladies and our principles of work." So it looks like you will be forced to use their translator whether one is needed or not.

Comment from Steve

I've looked that the agency you mentioned and I wouldn't use them simply because they don't include the lady's town in the profile. Also they have flower / gift delivery service which is indicative of scam.

Comment from Steve

As long as they don't use the photo as one of their profiles. Agencies have to use photos in their advertisements to attract customers. Most don't use their own members in their advertisements as ladies would immediately request to remove which would create additional work in creating a new banner. I don't see it as a scam if an agency uses model pics in their banner. As long as they don't create (fake) profiles with them.

Comment from Mark

Has anybody else seen the advertisement on top of the page,, Super Brides are Waiting for You! UkrainianFiancee.com ?(on this site) They are using a photo of porn star "Veronica Simon" , who is "Czechoslovakian". Is this site misleading people?

much brighter, In my dealings here and with other dating sites over the past 9 years,I too have never come across one honest russian on any dating site.So much so that i will have absolutely nothing to do with any of them , as i just blank them completely when they come to me.The scamming industry over there is just so big and it is not worth the risk?.Regards

If one is not aware of these scams, then how is one to know to search? Most of those reporting scammers are first-timers. They got burned because they were unaware people out there would do such things. Burn them once and they will probably learn. Burn them twice and they deserve it. I am just saying that you need to stop beating up on those people who are reporting a scam. They probably feel badly enough about it already without you preaching and berating them. And I will stick by my 99% figure based on my experiences over the last 15+ years of dealing with those Godless commie bastards. I have yet to encounter a single honest russian.

Much brighter. I am trying to share my information, my knowledge so that others don't get scammed. I don't agree with your figure 99%. I think it's closer to about 70%. There are still many legit girls there, they are just more difficult to find in the sea of scammers, pro-daters and gold diggers. I don't feel superior. I just get frustrated when guys don't do their research first before sending money. I guess they have money to burn - which is supporting the scamming industry. And then there's the pro-dating industry which is a whole other ball of wax.

Well, duh. Anything coming from FSU has a 99% probability of being a scam. Why am I riding your ass so hard? Because you are a pompous windbag who feels superior to others. It is of no use to berate a victim here. You seem to take great pleasure from the misfortunes of others. A little sympathy would go a long way towards repairing your reputation.

Comment from Steve

Much brighter, I am getting better at detecting scammers. Almost instantly I can tell you if it's a scammer or not just by looking at the photo.

Comment from Steve

Well Much brighter, I have your attention. Why are you so pre-occupied with me?

Stevie boy, you need a rectalectomy. You need your head pulled out of your ass. You are not the final word on scammers, although I think in your misguided mind you think no one else knows as much as you do. You are an amateur when it comes to scammers. You possess just basic knowledge and try to pass yourself off as the all-knowing one.

Comment from Steve

Scammers are now being forced to speak by webcam so they just put a little piece of plastic over the webcam to obscure the image. What you can do is record the video or take a screenshot (Ctrl + PrtSc on windows.) Include that in your report.

Comment from Steve

Even if she provided the evidence. Even if she came out in a crystal clear web cam video chat. NEVER SEND MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Get it? You talk as though if she provided the "evidence" you would have sent money. Stupid!
