If the woman is serious, which I doubt she is, try going through Expedia.com or a similar site. Buy her tickets online and then send her the ticket number only. If she is serious, she can come to you this way. If she does not come, you can get your money back or a credit with Expedia. Do not send money. I dated a girl from Ukraine and we went to London together. I never sent money. I booked her tickets on Expedia.com. She just showed up at the airport and checked in. Usually for visa, she needs evidence that she has a ticket already and a hotel to stay at. This seems like a scam because I had to show proof of the ticket and hotel before my Ukraine girlfriend got her visa for UK.
