13 May, 2013 at 08:43Maybe you can be interested by a beeelvir's reaction ?My truth is that religion is more about a personal relationship of love than about believing God exists or not. There will probably never be real proof of the existence of God, nor of the absence of God. But I can testify of the multiple signs in my life that are just too good to be true . And I can also guarantee you that a morale including a superior being is stronger/richer than one purely based on the human only. Whatever you call that superior entity (the Lord, Yahveh, Allah, etc.), knowing that He loves you and cares for you brings enlightenment to your life. Unfortunately, as is said in the Bible, you can't really experience that without some very special moment in your life, when you open the door of your heart and let Him in. Since that day, I do not believe that God exists any more, I know there is someone for me there, with infinite wisdom and an incredible sense of humor BTW. I hope someday you'll experience that as well.

Easy.1. Have a different phone for work and never use your work phone at home (unless you deal with emengercy response of course).2. The minute you get into your car/bus/whatever, take off any work identifying stuff (eg badges, your tie, jacket, etc) and occupy yourself with the radio or the news on your way home.3. When you get home change into something comfortable and spend a good half hour on the couch just going ahh no more work for the rest of the day .The journey home from work is your time to make the change in mindset. When you get home spend time appreciating the things you like about being at home.
