It looks like Alex C beat me to the answer, any moicfidation that isn't approved by the microsoft company can be subject to examination upon detection, which equals possibly losing your xbox to being banned it may sound unfair, but this was put in place after the player: Piracy was completely shutting down other players xboxs from his on the original xbox console. And as Alex C said any achievement based mods or mods to help gain achievements are subject to banning so say the microsoft gods. The point is while it maybe easier to get away with mods in single player the people with ultimate say will throw down the hammer if detected.

WAIT !! Why go through a mofoidcatiin company at all why not just ask your lender for the exact procedures and what they look for. I did loan mods for a bank many years ago and then moved to the mortgage business, which is where most of these mod companies are getting their employees from. They charge big bucks for not much.
