the area they were covering was Australia! However, I was not at my cpeuotmr and it was not switched on so I asked him to call back. When he calls back I know what strategy to take tell him I know the call is a hoax, ask not to be called again and hang up!!Thanks Computer Repair Tips.net

Check if they accept PayPal. If so, your mom can crteae a PayPal account, link her CC and that way she can pay via her CC with PayPal without giving her CC information. Also, check if they are a legitimate site by seeing their return policies and etc. Give your mom a link to their policy page. :0) Good luck!
