this one is'nt really what you can call an idiot, scammer aye, but not an idiot. scammers are all the same, if you say they don't need plane tickets etc as you'll travel to them, they aren't interested. all they want is the contents of your bank account. they don't give a shit if you're a single parent with a child to feed, they just want all your money. soon as you send it, they stop writing and forget all about you an move on the next victim. in a previous post last week, i posted a website for checking email headers for ip address etc, also, google the email addy, if it's been used in the past by a scammer, it will show up in the search. there's a lot of ways to check up on this but that's the best ones i've found so far. you can always try a photo recognition search but i'm not up on that so dunno how to do it. for those who haven't seen my post with the header check addy .. it's on scammer Michelle Davies, posed on 2009-06-02. run a search from the day before that and the day after with that name and it'll come up.
