Great site Kitzell,easiest one to use,thanks for that.Wish I had it ages ago.And Tom,I think it's the case with most bullies,they are real tough until you get into their faces & then they piss themselves.Of course Irish wolf hounds pissing on them is great for their self esteem.With the Russian/Ukrainian scamming,there are a lot of agencies that are fronts as well as Russian Mafia.Also fraud is low on their list of priorities unless it's against the state.If however you have solid proof & go to the cops there,they will definitely go after the scammers - especially when a couple of years back Mr Putin intervened on behalf of a New Zealand guy who got scammed,so the precedent is there.And noemaD between Tom & meself,we usually use the Queen's English not American English & also sometimes code so either way your F*cked when it comes to understanding these little black ducks!

kitzell, great advise.My everlasting memony on this type of stuff, was a documentry i saw some time ago in russia, about the mafia and scamming(including the police).They showed one very big room ,that had wall to wall computers lined up, all for the purpose of scamming.I will have f**kall to do with russians, less to do with nigerians, but ghana, haa, haa, haa,how i love those hedge jumpers,with such excellent sprinting abilities, that would be applauded in any olympic games.One thing that puzzles me is, why when these "hard men" are caught by the ghana police,why oh why do they piss with fright, and start crying and blaming each other, after all they are suppose to be the "hard scum" of ghana, and they want it to be known that no-one "fucks with them" untill they meet that "wolfhound" that is. noemaD ... i have to agree with Tom on this, russia is a bit hard to crack for the scammers. as Tom said, it's the russian mafia running a lot of it, and sometimes the police are involved too, but not very many as far as i know. also, there are some busisness's in russia that try this as it's easy money for them. sometimes they authorities do crack a scam ring. yoshkor ola, kazan (ukraine), are just two cities to watch out for in these scams, yoshkor ola is famous for russian scams, and if the pics look like some model, they probably are, stolen from model agency or porn model sites to be used to steal money from western men. also, if you get an email from a russian out of the blue, telling you they saw your profile and decided you're "the one", they won't tell you what site they found your email on, most sites don't list that information, so it could be an employee of the agency trying to drum up business. anytime you get an email from a russian, google the email address, if it's been used for scams in the past, it will show up in the search. also, access the header information and run a search on the ip address, i use http://headertool.apelord.com/ for checking headers, u just copy and paste the whole header into the box on that site and it'll give you a lot of information. it's a good way to check that the mail is actually coming from the city it claims. also, it can give you additional info, full email addy, company name etc. a good site for that stuff. but the simplist way to beat the scammers is something we have said for a long time, never send money. if they get no money, they have to get real jobs. hope this helps.

Tom and SOE - I cannot really quite follow your discussions on whatever it is that you talk about when it comes to the African scammers. As long as you are kicking their ass, that is great. But are you able to do the same thing with the scams coming out of Russia and E. Europe? For the most part, Nigerian scams are easy to see through which is why I don't understand how anyone can fall for them.
