Great link Roamer,thanks as well as that one you sent in email.In China their prisons are not holiday cams & a certain discipline amongst all prisoners is strictly enforced.The death penalty applies even for things like corruption - unless you have connections who have influence & power.I know that to be fact,my last ex is from Shanghai & it just so happens her late grandfather was No3 to good ol' Chairman Mao.However that's typical of any communist country.In Russia they still have Gulags but not salt mines and still have execution with a bullet to the back of the head.It's funny how you don't hear Amnesty International protesting about the death penalty in those 2 countries or in other Asian countries where they have the death penalty.

It's funny how these liberals think they know everything until they themselves become victims. I have seen many cases here in America where you had liberals opposing the death penalty and so forth, then in one case their child was kidnapped and killed and all of a sudden they were FOR the death penalty, no longer against it. American prisons are the same Tom, the criminals get way too many "priviledges" while incarcerated for my taste. Like you said they have access to gyms, cable tv, decent food, medical care, dental, higher education, internet, drug/alcohol programs, etc. all at the taxpayers expense. Not only that we have many corrupt guards and so forth in the prison system they get their drugs and alcohol brought to them, cigs, contraband, etc. There just isn't enough discouragement to actually rehabilitate them, they just get pampered and released. I guess the only exception is Death Row, but even they get to have 20 years worth of apeals before they are actually executed, if they are executed. Too many bleeding-heart liberals with too much influence. It is a shame. But I really think that the third-world country prison systems are the only ones that are on the right track, limited food, no freedom, harsh environment, etc does discourage further crime after release, you gotta make it hell in there so they won't wanna ever go back, make them have freakin nightmares about their time in prison, not pleasant memories!!!!!

s.o.e if i may explain something to you.Over here in ireland ,it is estimated that it cost our state 70,000.00 euro per year to keep our scumbags locked up in what is known as "a four star hotel" It stated last week in our papers that our government spent 35,000.00 euro on equipment to keep the cunts fit(who is laughing).If the police touch them, they are sued for assault.they are given access to education, university courses plus the best of food while they are locked up .Now take ghana and i need not say any more.but when the cops get those people into tesano prison, i dont think they have tvs or jyms in there. but what they have (and it is something we should have) is someone in prison who really knows how to handle those scumbags, so that on release ,they have already made a wise decision,"fucking never going in there again"One particular scammer quoted those words to me on release.??I love those police.

I told him that his name was p.k.acheampong, and he worked in ring road.The response i got was a "thundering silence" so i asked him had his flow of shit stopped, and again i got silence. mr p.k. acheampong is the chief of police in ghana, and his office in on ring road.and that fucker never came back to scam me again.folks, the ghana police are lovely,lovely, lovely people and why do i say that.because they beat the living shit out of those scumbags when they get them. believe me.

folks, just awile ago, i explained how i was going through the "ghana scam" site and came across an american guy who was scammed out of "thousands"I extracted the info and to make this story short,"sniffer" was put on the job and the guy"buckshot" was arrested in the bush. It has now being confirmed to me that he has been sentenced to two years with "hard labour", not for this scam but for other ones.i have also had an assurance that (a) he will serve the 2 years(b) that by the time they are finished with him,on release, he will never scam again.The american (mack dalton wilson)guy on that scam site does not know this result as i cannot get him.I want to thank all my friends here
for their help and advice on these on-going events.many thanks and may i take this oppertunity to "thank" the ghana authorities for their excellent service.

My question is this, if someone can find this wealth of info immediately after getting scammed, why not do some research before getting scammed???
