I agree that the man should help out to defray the costs if the lady is legitimate...But you are probably right about him being cheap, otherwise he would be man enough to visit her first...Then after meeting and getting to know her, he would be able to see if he really wanted her to visit him at his place of residence..And the numbers prove that when the man goes over there first for a visit, that the chances for a lasting relationship or marriage are greater, much greater!!!
