OK, Forrest... Your BEST chance for a blonde is definitely NOT Romania... but in Ukraine... There are many beautiful women... and some are not honest with men, but there are MORE beautiful women in Nikolaev walking throught the center of town, than ANYWHERE I have been!! Where do I find a blonde angel, Pia? It's certainly not from the scammers who have been contacting me, although I must say that Russia certainly seemd to have the market cornered on blondes.
