Please always keep in mind that there is a favourite method used to deceive us, (by those who intend to scam and defraud).The scammer puts up a picture of a beautiful model and then pretends to be that person, sometimes even forging documents to maintain the lie and facilitate their deception.
You may be talking to the real girl who is flakey, or most likely it is a scammer assuming the identity of another. (one we can not resist).
I urge you all to make sure you see a live web cam of the person before you send any assistance or incur expense. I was scammed by a girl in the Philippines who put up the picture of a local actress and celebrity. She even scanned and changed the passport details. I became aware of her scam by reading this site, as she did the same to another. I may have sent her more if I did not read an article from Dave in LA. Thanks Dave ! If a girl sends you a copy of a passport to show her bona fides, it is easily fake with todays readily available scanners and digital equipment.
