Thank you everyone for your advice.I did some searching and come up with information on one of the guys,I confronted him about it.He hasn't written me back yet.I will wait.I'm still talking with the other guy.Roamer I live in Norway,I'm 26 yrs old.They send me letter in my email.One lives in Russia the other lives in Germany.

Myra, first of all, how did they get your e-mail or regular address??? Second is, what country are you from??? And third, what country are they claiming to be from???And if you are looking for a partner, what are your age requirements??? It has come to my attention that they typically tend to scam certain age groups more than others.......That's not to say that every age group isn't a target, but they usually prey on the ones that they feel have more money.... Be discreet with what you tell them about yourself....Don't go bragging about your BMW convertible or your Daddy"s yacht or your estate with a dozen racehorses......Do you see what I am trying to relate to you??? Ask them things, mainly more than once, to see if you can catch them in a lie...Ask them about things about where they live and then research that place to see if they truly are in that place etc., etc.......Good luck with your men friends that your trying to find online.....

If they are in any West African Country, they are scammers. And the truth is that anyone who is real would be willing to chat with you on Instant Messaging. Tell them to use a webcam. Good luck and like the boys say; if you have any questions, just ask.

Myra - post their names and e-mail address in this comments section and I am sure a bunch of us will be more than happy to dive in and help you. Here are a few quick pointers that will tell you if it's a scam. 1. If she falls in love with you after only a few letters, it's a scam. 2. If she doesn't seem to answer any of your questions, no matter how many times you ask, it's a scam. 3. If she says she lives in Nigeria, you better believe it's a scam.

Hey Myra,I think we would all like to help you.I want to say thank you for your comment.I do have ways to find information on people and I believe everyone here has their own way in founding out about scammers.One good way to find out about someone is to Google their name and this will tell you if they are listed on any blacklist.Another way is to check their IP address and usually this will tell you were they are located.It not to often we have a lady like yourself to talk too and I'll be more than happy to help you.

And Myra, not all of us expose them, some of the people research photos and e-mail addresses and other alises to make sure that more people are aware that there are different ways that they use to attempt their scams...Glad to see that you are still out there Sis!!!
