If I trace the e-mail itself, I get the street address where the e-mail was sent from. If I trace the e-mail address, I get the registered owner of the e-mail address. If I am writing to a Ukrainian lady, the e-mail address is usually registered to Vladimir Gabrelyan in Moscow.
