Koos, you can contact your Attourney General, or your Foriegn Embassies for that Country.....Even the local police can be effective in locating the proper authorities for the locations where the scams are coming from...

Well if you read the whole story you will find the number of her "manager" as well as her lawayer's number and email address. I just don't know which authority to contact to follow up this case. Can anybody help me on this please?
