Forrest, Uzbekistan is in Central Asia, and she looks (and claims to be) mid east, but yes, it is a scam, and now the tests matches are over, I'll just play for the giggle factor

Comment from James

Hi BP, yes, I made that anon post about 7 languages. I have conversational fluency in German and French and have picked up a few words in the other tongues in my travels. Magyar (Hungarian) is a nightmare. There are absolutely no corresponding sounds / structure to English. I was in Budapest for a week and the only word I recognized was 'eigen'. I thought people were talking about the mountains and skiing as in Clint Eastwood's "The Eigen Sanction" because it was winter. But no - I came to learn that the word means 'yes'. So as the Hungarians talk to each other they constantly say 'yes, yes, yes'. The best way to learn Russian is probably just to go there and immerse yourself. After using the Moscow metro for a few days last July I was beginning to understand the PA announcements and to read the station names without glancing at my map. If Polish is similar to Russian, never say that to a Pole. Also never refer to Gdansk as Danzig. As my German is relatively good, I once made that mistake, never again after the Pole almost had me arrested as a war criminal. But, they can take a joke. Why do Polish names end in 'ski'? Because they can not spell toboggan.

Stephen - it's a scam. There are no desperate white women living in Nigeria. Play along with this one to see where it goes.

Thanks BP, but now to make things stranger, I have an email saying that mother has found the emails, and wants to know what my intentions are. So I have to write to her.Perhaps I will get a price, and this one is definitely a 20 camel babe. I hope I am keeping the suspense up guys, by the way, a Happy New Year to all

Hey Stephen, nice to have you back.Haven't seen any comments from you in a while.I believe in most countries there is a charge for treatments. It depends on what country you live in.Most poorer countries don't charge for medical treatments. If this one is asking for money for medical treatments,I advice you not to send any money. The best thing is to phone your embassy, they will know.Good luck.

Comment from Stephen

Hi Guys, Well I got my first please send money letter from Fatima (it Thinima). This one is a looker, and when posted I hope you all notice the lack of cankles. Funny thing is, the letter asking was followed by a letter withdrawing the request, and the request letter had no postal or any details where to send, and did have a realistic hint of desperation. There is one quick way to work out the validity. Is there a charge for certain medical treatments in Uzbekistan. Come on, someone out there must know

Gelta Merden (written phonetically) is good morning in Reykajavik. It is most similar to Norwegian, as Iceland was settled by folks from Norway ~ 900 AD. Then no one else moved in so they have one of the purest gene pools in the world. Which is a nice way of saying everyone in the country is at a minimum a cousin to everyone else. The Russians have more letters than do we, so a translation can never be quite letter to letter. Gomel, Belarus is an example. The g is pronounced softly, so it is sometimes translated as Homel. Both are correct. And to all, remember what George Burns used to say "Oh, to be 75 again."

It's snowing up here, about 2 inches on the ground so far. Sticky stuff, perfect for snowballs and snowmen. I kind of like my emerging puberty mind!

ANONS,The language Icelandic you speak,is it the language speaken in Iceland, and and the language of the Norh Germanic(Scaninavian)? I would like to know how you say good morning in Icelandic. Please tell me!! What is your code name anons?I would like to know you Amigo, and thanks man for the birthday wish.

Happy Birthday, Black Panther. You're still just a kid, though, when compared to some of the others here. I'll be 54 on this coming Wednesday. But as I tell my friends, I have the body of a 54 year old, the spirit of a 25 and the mind of a 12!

Hey, I can speak English, German, French, Icelandic, Spanish, Russian and Magyar. Only English fluently of course, but if you need to know how to say good morning in Icelandic let me know. And why a scammer thinks anyone would fall for a story so elaborate as this one behoves me - yet some folks must because these scammers keep coming back for more. Happy Birthday Black Panther, and remember what Satchel Paige once said "Don't look back, something may be catching up on you."
