Roamer, I hope that your prediction is true....but...I saw an article about Russian marriage scammers over the holidays. Cherboskary is a hub of the industry - and also one of the few provincal Russian cities that is actually a nice place to live. Typical scam operations are set up in private apartments - with a 10 to 20 guys who work 12 - 18 hour days. Typical income is $30,000 per year. This is more than enough to attract and keep a stable of girls to pose for photos, fetch the Western Union transfers and to provide confort services to the guys when they need a break from the PC. I am on board with you regarding shutting them down - but we may be in a long twilight struggle before we succeed.
