Comment from anonimous, now I am in love

Hei, anglo guys, you are lucky because now she is Svetlana for spaniards ... from 350 km east from Moscow. Spain is on fashion, guys, and she/they prefear euros ... She is pretty 25, charming and manage my heart like a housewife really falls in love. She wants to cook pizza for me(is she idiot?) I prefear paella. If she is a scammer really, and photo is really (of course not),I would like to fall in love with her, .. she is so pretty, but her letter are so poor, extended, stereotiped, and no discrimine ugly men or divorced ... she doesn´t answer my questions. I think only change the name. I´m waiting for next letter. She was from Match (she cath me). Y un refrán para mis compatriotas: nadie da duros a cuatro pesetas. De todos modos, si alguien conoce el teléfono de la chica real de la foto, estoy disuesto a ir a rusia a echarle un polvo hasta pagando. Besos y vivan los tios.

She is currently adressing me in the name of Maria Ageeva (was Shalov). Im up to the 13th letter where she is rushing off to Moscow to get the visa. I suspect the piccy of her in the black top and shorter hair could be the most recent as she is shown holding a piece of paper on which she has written Scott's name. (never got that one!!) On the other hand she (it) may not even be a girl?? Could be anyone using a girl posing?? Any ideas?? Shame cause her eyes are awsome!!

This girls tried to scam me ecently to - loving photos, 'oh to hold me in her arms', how she begged for a new life in England. Then the demand for 600 euros as she could pay for the visa's but not the airfare. I spoke to Western Union and sent one (1) euro and registered a complaint with the Police in Moscow who were surprisingly very interested. WU noted that the transaction was for a scam and that who ever collected should be treated with suspicion.

Comment from Brother Roamer

I have always believed that if you make it more personel for them, that they tend to slip easier....Making it easier to catch the scammer.....The easy route would be Western Union, But you tell them that they have lost money in the past with the WU.....I have even gone as far as sending them fake bank applications for opening accounts and loans.....Just to feel them out....

Comment from James

I like the 'friend in the bank' twist. These scammers think that their intimate knowledge of Western Union transfers is more believable if it is given to them by some 3rd party?

Ah yes, To lay in a field of flowers......A real country gal..... Hey Brian, one trick to expose or to stop the scammer dead in their tracks, is to tell them that you won't send money via Western Union.... The only way you will send her money is for her to open up a bank account at a certain bank in her city, I usually go on-line to find out the one that is the furthest one from where they live....Tell them that after they talk to "Sergei Varchenko" your sisters brother-in-law, who works as a loan officer for the bank and was also a KGB man in the past, then you tell her that he will also help with all documents, etc......You tell them that you will always match what they put in the bank, and after they open up the account, to send you the account #.... And if they can deposit a certain amount by a certain time that you will add an extra $2500.00 to their account....Boy, do they ever come up with excuses then....Or else you never hear from them again..... They just sh*t.....And that way if they ever do open up an account and you do have the account #, then you can monitor it to see if they are sincere.....So, it's quite possible that you can find a real woman....You can make-up your own terms to meet.....

G'day Brian. The "Proof of Life" photo(s) are usually requested by us blokes...to validate that they are the one in the photo that is writing to us...but,but,but some of these scammers with "purchased" photos from a girl, did wake up to that ploy bloody fast, and therefore, initially, they did get the "posing" girl to simply hold a blank page...then photoshop the writing to suit the occassion...and that is industrious. To countermand that clever trick...our site mate, Dameon/NYC came up with the idea of them to hold a photo of him instead...that reduced the odds for them, but still didn't guarantee a non-scam attempt.Actually Dameon took it one more step...he did send false photo(s) to protect his indentity until he was sure about the girl.I remember one hilarious thing he used to do with his name....can't remember the first name...but the given surname was Inourascama...which used to cause absolute hilarity at the Western Union office when they tried to pick up a money transfer ...with a bogus number ,of course. You gotta give 'em a run for their efforts, eh? Dameon, hope I didn't give away too many "tricks"....but is meant in the interest of education for the new players,ok mate ??!! :)
