Finally we have someone on this site that has brains like most of us......Yuo will probably find what you are looking for with that frame of mind....Good Luck with your endeavors in the future.....Remember you dont buy love with money.......And if you do, well some like the prostitutes......Personally, I want to respect a woman......

Thanks guys for your comments to advise me about AoB. I appreciate the effort! I guess I’ve come to the conclusion to be guarded but optimistic. If I travel to Eastern Europe to meet someone, I guess it’s best to concentrate on having a nice trip and vacation. To not get stuck on someone at the first meeting, maybe, I will meet someone there too. If I get the attention I receive on AoB, maybe, I will meet a good woman in person. And of course, I will not spend too much money on someone during the first visit or meeting.

Ok Wombat my turn to wriggle out of something. I wanted to give Dave some feedback on "Army of brides" I went to jimslist.com and cut and pasted what he had to say about them. I read to the part when he mentions armyofbrides and failed to actually read on. Little did I reallize that it seems Jim and this site are some kind of rivals. Had I known I could be potentially stirring the pot I would have edited a little better. So there you have it. WA feel free to delete or comment.

Hi Dave i got this from "Jimslist.com" Why are all these agencies on my Black List? These sites are run by the same guy. There were some serious complaints about Army of Brides, but not enough for me to put them on my Lists. I simply had a link to the complaints on my complaints page. But, I did have 2 other sites on my Black List. Then, one day, I was lucky enough to receive a request for a banner exchange from Army of Brides where the owner listed all his sites. Guess what? The 2 Black Lists sites are his. So, now, I know all his sites which belong on the Black List. He has started his own anti-scam site. Wow, more reason to blacklist him. He stole the name of a real antiscam site (antiscam.org) and made his site's name anti-scam.org. He originally charged people money to read his database, but I don't know if he still does this. And I guess he has some said things about me. What a surprise. It says that I don't like him. Well, I don't like or dislike ANYONE on any of my lists. I have never met any of them. My personal feelings have no place here, and my decisions are based on fact alone. It says that I don't know how they run their agencies. That is true. I have no idea. But I DO know how they run their scams. There are a number of Russian sites where Russians are complaining about him stealing photos and profiles. He also has pornographic sites, so why even bother using any of his services? 1 Love For You (1-love-for-you.com) Army of Brides (army-of-brides.com) Hanuma (hanuma.net) 1 in a Million (1-in-a-million.com) Amazing Women (amazing-women.com) You Only You (you-only-you.com) A Pretty (a-pretty.com) All Pretties (all-pretties.com) Amazing Russian Women (amazing-russian-women.com) 1st Russian Bride (1st-russian-bride.com) Dating UK (dating-uk.com) Dating UK Archive Service Mens Ads (mens-ads.com) Brides in Bikini (brides-in-bikini.com) Best Russian Bride (best-russian-bride.com) Your Bride Ru (your-bride-ru.com) anti-scam.org Owner - Oleg Sedyshev (Syedyshev) Nahuma Net Ltd Nikolaevskaya St 48, POB 15 POB 32015, Mariupol , Ukraine , 87515 Mariupol, Donetskaya 87515 Ukraine 380629533269 380629533268 op@hanuma.net

I have read that organized crime work from Mari-El, Yoscka-Ola and Kazan. Look at if you recive any e-mail from this city´s. They use the same IO address. Be careful out there.

Thanks for your input Mike and Roamer. The problem is the women I have chosen to get to know claim they speak English, but they can’t read or write English to well, they’re still learning. So, they prefer to use the AoB translation service. They actually go to the AoB office to pick up their mail, so I can’t check their email headers. Anyway, yes, Mike when I receive an email to my Yahoo account I check the IP address thru WHOIS or RIPE IP address database and I look for Mari El addresses. Plus, I look for BAT mass mailing software. Any Eastern European women using BAT is a sure sign of a scam. I tried so other sites before that didn’t screen the women and I received so many scammer emails, so I thought I would try AoB because the women go to their office to sign up for the service and AoB screens the women too. One woman claims she has gotten to know the staff at her local AoB office well. Anyway, anyone should read this article before attempting trying to find an Eastern European woman. Dave: If you have a Yahoo e-mail account, when you open one of their letters you can find out their IP address by clicking on "full headers" at the bottom right of the screen. When you get their IP address, plug it into one of these sites: http://www.ripe.net/whois, http://www.antionline.com/tools-and-toys/ip-locate/, Keep a list of these IP addresses. The scammers are sending their e-mails from the same IPs and after a while you will see a pattern develop. The IP address locator will tell you what country, and sometimes what city the e-mail was sent from.

I dont know Dave, but it seems to me that AoB is pretty much on the ball......When they get info on a scammer they are pretty quick to post our findings.......Hey, dont forget that a lot of us men are their bread and butter....If thereb werent real ladies on their site, I think that many would shop elsewhere for ladies.......But thats only my opinion.......

Hmmmm…..Dameon, Roamer, Mike, of course Wombat…the scam buster crew…you guys are so knowledgeable…I thought I would consult you guys…Does anyone have any negative information on Army of Brides? I’ve been a member for almost 2 months. I have received almost 500 emails. I usually receive 5 to 15 per day. I have been corresponding with 3 women so far. They have all answered my questions and none has asked me for money. I know AoB are the same people that run this site, scam.org…. I decided to give them a try because of there philosophy…I have cut and pasted there info page: • A negative thing about Internet dating with Russian women and girls from Ukraine is scam. What is scam? SCAM is obtaining money by means of deception. You should know that we support anti-scam program and warn all Western men DO NOT SEND MONEY! Any agency may have problems because of scammers: when a lady comes to register at the agency, all what managers see is her passport (it is obligatory for all our agencies to check lady's information: name, age, date of birth, marital status and whether she has children). Further on, when a lady starts writing letters and receives responses from men, the agency (translators and operators) follow ANY requests about money. If we see such a request (exception: covering her travel expenses) - the lady's profile is removed from our database. We are concerned about those women who make asking money from Western men their practice, we are trying to fight the business of scamming men. Be aware that this fraud can be run in the Internet by individuals or agencies. You should know that we are serious agency and understand that only HONEST work will ensure that we stay in the business. We support anti-scam program and warn all Western men - do not send money to Russian women you do not know well, do not mention your income and possessions during correspondence, avoid money topic at all. People in Russia think that life in the West is easy and people there have so much money that they do not know what to spend it for. Do not make Russian women think it is true, be wise and reasonable when a pretty long-legged blonde begs you for some financial help because her mother is ill and you are the only one she can ask for help. Our marriage agency tries to save you from scammers and give you possibility to meet an honest Russian women who would become your wife. NEVER SEND MONEY! Our agency forbids ladies to ask for money for ANY needs, but to cover woman's travel expenses (if your agree to meet somewhere else, not in her native town). You can always inquire at the agency as for how much the tickets cost, we can find out possible ways for her to get from one city to another (train, plane, bus), or - you can send money to the agency and we will buy tickets for the lady and provide any proofs you may need (like scan-copies of the tickets where you will see the price, train/flight number, date, etc.) If you ever note a lady on our site whom you know to be a scammer, please, report, providing any proofs you might have. Hope our advice will help you not to be scammed: DO NOT SEND MONEY to women you haven't met! DO NOT OFFER TO SEND MONEY to her to help with anything - very few women would refuse, and then will see the easy way to "make" money. Try to avoid money question at all. If asked for money - do not send it! Just reply her nicely you wish you could help out in her situation but are unable to at this time. Or simply forget to mention it. If she is a scammer - she will disappear, or make another try. Don't mention money, your salary and possessions. You may mention that you have a stable financial position, but never say about how much exactly you earn - does she need it right now? She doesn't know prices in your country anyway. Don't rush the relationship - Take your time and get to know her. If she were a scammer she would not waste her time on long drawn out targets. She needs to see some results right now. Use dating agencies where you pay for corresponding and letter forwarding: dating net-works care about their reputation, the agency checks their women-clients identity (so, you avoid possibility to write to a phantom woman), the agency translates and delivers letters to women and do not charge them (so, you avoid possibility to be scammed by need-money-for-internet-cafe-and-translation scenario); besides, you can always ask for advice, help and support. If you are going to use services of an Internet dating agency, avoid web-sites that do not accept payments for the services on-line. When you pay with the credit card, your money "leaves a track".

Hey Mike - you are a babe magnet and don't you forget it! I like it when these scammers make up what they think is a very believable story but then when a few questions make the house of cards collapse the scammer suddenly gets very upset, then insulting. Ha ha scammer! I love it!

A couple I'm working on are very patient. I'd almost believe them if their IP addresses weren't the ones associated with the Yoshkar Ola group. But then I stop and ask myself why an attractive 25 year old would fall for an old fart like me!
