Well, gentlemen, if someone you actually care for and love, is sick, it is better to find the money and NOT go for the free medical... Free medical in Russia is no good. And it's not that free - the doctors and staff will tell you (and this is quite often TRUE) that hospitals don't have this, don't have that, and in reality, you just have to pay for anything and everything! Just so you know.
