This is a little story about David Griffiths and Irina Balytska.
First let me say we do not condone Irina's actions in this at all and are very
disappointed that we got used as well as David. But in all honesty what exactly did
this man expect. David wrote and communicated with Irina for a few of months and
then decided to come to visit her. When he showed up they spent a couple of days
here and then they decided to go away together for a few days with Irina's friends.
Irina asked David very point blank not to drink with his friends, which I guess he
forgot when the first bottle got opened. I do not know the whole story, only what
he and her have said.
When they came back she was in tears, shaking and just a mess. He was calm and
cool. From what I understand he had a little to much to drink and got a little upset
as he was not enjoying himself. He was upset with her over numerous things
which if they could have actually talked together they probably could have solved
easily. But from what they both stated, David got upset and went through her
suitcase, threw all her clothes around, lost some of her jewelry and put on some of
her personal clothes in front of all her friends. She punched him in the head when
she seen this and he wore the bruise when he returned.
Anyways, after 2 days of trying we talked her into not throwing the relationship
away, chalked it up to booze, being drunk and not being able to communicate. I
guess from here she decided to see what she could get out of him to pay him back
and that is exactly what she did.
Our policy is you cannot give a girl anything more then 50 dollars in gifts till you
have met and are engaged, after that, your on your own. We cannot tell you what
you can buy or give your fiancé, but we do make suggestions of still nothing more
then 100 dollars. You will have lots of time to spoil her when she is with you.
Now Irina's parents live in Spain and she lives with her grandmother. Every August
her parents return and they go travel Ukraine for a vacation together. David
decided he was coming here for the month of august to see her. He was told point
blank."SHE WILL NOT BE HERE" but he had just lost his father and said he did not
care. He showed up and got to see Irina before her father came for 1 or 2 days I
think. Then she was off for the month. David stayed mostly on his own until when
he decided to leave a week early. Then he asked for help to change his ticket. We
called the airline and they said there were no available seats and he would have to
upgrade and to business class to get a flight earlier. It worked out to almost 500
American dollars. 100 for changing the date of travel to an earlier flight, and 380 to
upgrade to business class. He decided to do it and got his ticket to leave early just
as Irina got home. While he was here and before she left he brought her a new
Razr phone, a PDA with a translator in it, he said to lower his cost through us., a
digital camera, some clothing and numerous other little things he thought she
should have.
Then she came back and he saw her for a day, and left to go home. She had a
whole week she could have spent with him and he left...
After that he sent money, and more money and gifts every month, and she just
soaked it all in.
She got her money for going to the embassy and we have not seen or heard from
her since.
Now while David may wish to run around and Blacklist us, he really should think
about who's fault this really is. He started it by violating her and her privacy.
My wife and I bent over backwards for this man to accommodate him. We were
supposed to have our child delivered the first of July but he had to come. My wife
went to the doctors and he said we could put it off safely for 2 weeks which we did.
So our daughter is born July 15th instead of July 2nd when it was supposed to
happen. Then he had to come in August, which we objected too. First Irina was not
going to be here, and second my wife was breast feeding. He had to come so she
so she quit breastfeeding for him. I am not going to even go into the vandalism,
the use of drugs, the theft of private information. He knows what he did.
And so do we.

This agency now does have one lady posted as a blacklist. This seems awful thin for Ukraine, with all the scammers that are running around over there.
