Though having said that they are all in the Ukraine is correct. If you look at the ISP of Gala.net and the ISP of ukr.net they are basially the same (only last digits are different. Usually if it is a dialup service these change anyway). BUT ukr.net, although still in Ukraine gives a different ISP. Also note difference in city and address.

There are several explanations of the x-mailer service called The Bat in postings in the first 10 pages or so, NYC. Not sure what the real truth is. The latest two potential scammers that I have on line at present,are using a service named "Gala net" with an IP # of 195.245.80.69 and when you check on that IP number, it takes you into a pre-wriiten Nigerian "lost fortune" scam letter. very f'n complicated for this little black duck, I tell you all !!
Another emerging mailer is "kitty.ukr.net". haven't quite figured this one out yet.
