They have three more names he is working under...Also If you go into XXI Century he has a nice web site now...Look at the woman and then go to the scam sites, they are all on there, or here. Just finished a 6 month assignment in Romania. I can vouch for your recommendation re: Romania.
I don't know why people waste their money sending it overseas to a thief when they can go to a place like Romania, hand it personally to somebody and at least get something for it.

XXI Century tranlations
This 'agency' is obviously very active at the present time trying to bring in one of these scams. See other recent scam reports on this site. Also note how similar, almost identical, the addresses are where money is to be sent.
