# Details: was coming to US on student work visa. Wanted someone to spend free time with. Had to make 2 day trip by train to Moscow to pick up visa from agency and fly to US. Got there and agency told her her ticket had to be 2-way. She only had money for 1-way. She had $700 and needed another $750. Please dont disappoint her dream and one opportunity to come to America. Wire money right away not to her because agency had kept her passport but to what I indicate below.
