Hi, there ! Thanks for your message. It interested me deeply so let me introduce
myself. My name is Vika.I was born on the 11th of February 1977 in Svatovo, '
Luhansk region, Ukraine.My father was a miner and my mom is a teacher. When I was
10 daddy perished in the mine, and mom had to bring up me and my younger sister
alone.It's been rather hard but her idea fix was to bring us up and to have us
been educated people. in 1994 as a regional students' olimpiade winner i succeded
to enter Luhansk Pedagogical Institute ( now university) and to study there for
free. While studuing in the Institute in order to make my bread i had to work and
ghanged many jobs and occupations. I worked as a peddlar ( sorry, as an
independent consulter ) for Canadian company OSE, AVON and so on. 1999 i
graduated the University and got the diploma of an English teacher. At the moment
I'm working as a school teacher but i have not quitted my work for AVON because
the teacher's sallary is rather small in Ukraine and my working for AVON is a
considerable aid for me. Generally I'm satisfied with my life, because I'm busied
with the work I like and I don't go to bed being hungry. But Iam already 27yet I
have not met the man whom I could share not my spare time only but the whole my
life "till the deathe parts us".
Till the collapse of the Soviet Union the main job available in the side I
dweel at was minery.but since the early 90-s Ukrainian minering industry has been
collapsed too so the decent job here is no more available. More and more men here
are becoming involved in alcohol abuse and those who are still keeping their
human dignity have to seek their earnings far away from home and thus they are
being absent at home for long periods of time. As arule they are working at the
buildings without any social insurances or guarantees that's why they often get
hard injuries and become disabled or even perish. It might seem to be a whim but
I guess it is more honestly not to link my life with the man and then to send him
abroad for making some dough and then spend it on thesedative pills for him and
deceive him almost on his eyes ( our town is wery small where everybody knows
everything about each other). And the attitude toward the woman in our culture is
still not so advanced as I wish it to be.
That's why I made up my mind to look for by the Internet abroad.I read in some
Ladies' romance that a real man ought to be strong in any case for he should
possess either strong arms to carry his woman with them or a strong neck to be
ridden. I don't need to be carried for, thank Goodness, i can still walk by
myself, moreover I don't want anybody to be ridden by me. The main thing I need
from a man is his strong shoulder to lean against. As I wrote above since my
early youth I had to solve my and not mine only problems alone and I need
somebody who would be able to support me whom I could feel myself week and
protected and beloved. I am not seeking for somebodies purse and I am not eager
to become a housewife. I just want to meet a man who would love me but not only
consume, who would respect me as a woman and as a human being.
My spare time Iam used to spend reading books ( I prefer love stories Russian
and English poetry), embroidering in traditional Ukrainian style, knitting; I can
also sew a little, and of course I can cook. The man I wish to meet should be
clever. I don't mean any prestigious diplomas or degrees, i mean that he
shouldn't feel himself inferior besides me and wouldn't make me blush because of
him; and certainly I wish him to possess sound body and sound mind for I wish my
children to be of such qualities.
I am 27 but I still hope to be happy and I guess I am worth of it.
