She had gone to her Travel Agen who quoted a price of $661.00 U.S. Dollars for her Passport, Visa plus taxes and processing fees. It took her little under a month to get this processed. Once she got her Visa and Passport she then told me what the price was for an Airlines tickit which was $1,300.00 U.S. Dollars from Moscow to JFK in New York City. I then told her that I would not sent $1,300.00 U.S. but seiad I could do a 50/50 split on a tickit. She came back with a reply of ok. She then E-Maild a few days later and told me she got $500.00 U.S. from her Father I then proceeded to send her $800.00 U.S. Dollars. Once all this was done she E-Mailed to tell me that her Travel Agent would not give her, her Tickits untill she had $2,825.00 U.S. Dollars on her in cash. I then asked what this money was to be used for. She told me that she would not be allowed to enter the U.S. unless she had $2,825.00 dollars on her in cash her travel agent seaid U.S. Coustoms would turn her away if she had no spending cash on her. I did a check with the the U.S. and Russian Ebassys and was told she did not need to have any money on her wat so ever to enter the U.S. I never did send her the sum in which she requested.

Money was sent by way of Western Union 2 money wires were done first one was for $661.00 U.S. Dollars to a Katya Ivanova. The 2ed was for $800.00 U.S. Dollars this time she had trouble geting the money and asked me to call Western Union to have them change the name to Ekaterina Ivanova. Over all I lost $1,461.00 U.S. Dollars. The Last request from her was to get me to send her $2,825.00 U.S. Dollars I did not send it to her after sending e-mails to the U.S. and Russian Embassys as well as to U.S. Coustoms. All 3 replyed ad seaid that anyone with a Visa can travel freeley to the U.S. or Russia broke and with out money on them with out question. I refused to send her $2,25.00 dollars and I have not heard from her sents. A following check by the U.S. Embassy in Moscow reveled that no Such VISA or Passport was ever issued to anyone going by the name Ekaterina or Katya Ivanova.

P.S. Yesterday I was at the tourist agency and knew that to come to you I
have to do a the passport and the visa. Passport costs 284 dollars. To receive the visa it is necessary in embassy in Moscow. Visa, taxes and
road up to Moscow costs 377 dollars. To do the visa will get time. It isn't easy to get it. I was advised to do a tourist visa. It will be valid for 90 days. It can be prolonged. At he agency I was said I will
be helped.
Note this letter below becouse when I sent the $661.00 U.S. Dollars to her I had put Katya Ivanova on the transfer sheet and not Ekaterina Ivanova. She reseved the money with her nickname.

Huston We have a problum! She gos to Western Union to get the $800.00 dollars that I sent her and she know has to use her full name Ekaterina Ivanova. She got her vary first Trasnation useing the name Katya Ivanova. W.T.F. is going on here do they do random I.D. Checks at this bank or what? I can see why so many Russian people don't trust there banks to hold there money anyone can say there so and so and just get money there.

most as Katya. Only in the passport the full name is written. You need to go in bank and to renew translation into Ekaterina Ivanova. If all will be normal also you renew a name that I shall buy tomorrow

Now in this letter below shes telling me everything about her travel agent and how it works she tells me that a Friend as well as the travel office require her to have $2825.00 U.S. Dollars in cash. It has to be on her in Cash to show the U.S. Coustoms Officer that she has money befor she can be processed and allowed to pass as a Tourest. Over all shes telling me that that the U.S. Coustoms won't let her into the country with out this money on her. This is the last letter from her she is now in Shock that I refuse to send the money becouse the U.S. and Russian Ebassys have advised me of a huge Scam going on in Russia. She tells me that she has never heard the woard Scam befor and has to look it up in an English-Russian Dictionary. In the mean time the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands gets involved and sends me a link to the U.S. Coustoms Website there the only Embassy in Europe with such a link on there web page!
and it confirms that tourests don't have to have any money, credit cards, or travels checks on them to enter the U.S.A. Heres the Last letter below:

P.S. Yesterday I was at the tourist agency and knew that to come to you I
have to do a the passport and the visa. Passport costs 284 dollars. To receive the visa it is necessary in embassy in Moscow. Visa, taxes and
road up to Moscow costs 377 dollars. To do the visa will get time. It isn't easy to get it. I was advised to do a tourist visa. It will be valid for 90 days. It can be prolonged. At he agency I was said I will
be helped.
Note this letter below becouse when I sent the $661.00 U.S. Dollars to her I had put Katya Ivanova on the transfer sheet and not Ekaterina Ivanova. She reseved the money with her nickname.

Huston We have a problum! She gos to Western Union to get the $800.00 dollars that I sent her and she know has to use her full name Ekaterina Ivanova. She got her vary first Trasnation useing the name Katya Ivanova. W.T.F. is going on here do they do random I.D. Checks at this bank or what? I can see why so many Russian people don't trust there banks to hold there money anyone can say there so and so and just get money there.

most as Katya. Only in the passport the full name is written. You need to go in bank and to renew translation into Ekaterina Ivanova. If all will be normal also you renew a name that I shall buy tomorrow

Now in this letter below shes telling me everything about her travel agent and how it works she tells me that a Friend as well as the travel office require her to have $2825.00 U.S. Dollars in cash. It has to be on her in Cash to show the U.S. Coustoms Officer that she has money befor she can be processed and allowed to pass as a Tourest. Over all shes telling me that that the U.S. Coustoms won't let her into the country with out this money on her. Shes refueses my offer for money but know needs it to complete this trip so she is trying to make me feel guilty in the hopes that I'll be stuiped enough to send it. I never wired it to her! She also tells me her flight plan from Moscow to JFK International Airport as well. Note she has no connecting flight to Syracuse, NY I told her in several e-mails that she has to make a connecting flight the request gos ignored.

This is the last letter from her she is now in Shock that I refuse to send the money becouse the U.S. and Russian Ebassys have advised me of a huge Scam going on in Russia. She tells me that she has never heard the woard Scam befor and has to look it up in an English-Russian Dictionary. In the mean time the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands gets involved and sends me a link to the U.S. Coustoms Website there the only Embassy in Europe with such a link on there web page!
