Send all complaints to this suggestions email.I told them how terrible the turnaround has become. How much I hate their new New Releases' section. I clicked through all 102 movies under New Release Thrillers and did not find the 3 actual New DVDs for this weekNot that you will actual get any new release when it comes out. My new release list that is in Short Wait, Long Wait, Very Long Wait is over 20 movies long. Am looking into Blockbuster online or just going back to my local video store.In Your Queue you cannot even select BLU-RAY or DVD now. You cannot tell what you will be getting anywhere. If they have the movie in Blu-Ray as I asked for but the DVD version is avaiable first, they will just send you that one. I hate you Netflix! I raved for years to everyone I know, and now I am telling the world that you suck !!!!

I of course google the area code and its clear in MI i dont know anyone in MI so yeah its a scam! Liked them of FB and following on Twitter. I have been going back and forth on ebay casilifseds for awhile now. My husband and I actually found our 2001 Maxima on there about 3yrs ago. We are now looking for an SUV, the Toyota Highlander, to buy now. We are expecting in January and we need a bigger vehicle. Not only for our own children, but for our 5 nieces and nephews too!
