Here is where it pays to be nice.If you call the landlord and exalpin the situation, they are likely to let you out of the lease. But understand that as soon as you signed the papers, it was binding. There is no such thing as a "grace period" with NC leases.

For such a small amount, I'd remnocemd either keeping it for a future trip to a euro country, or exchanging it for dollars with someone you know that's planning to travel. You can just deposit into your account (which usually gives the best rate since you're a customer), but there will still likely be a fee (and the conversion rate) which means there's not much point. I work for typing rtropes, letters and other legal documents. It's free, and pay days are 1st and 15th of every month, direct deposit (or mail, you pick). They don't do Paypal or anything like that. I was nervous when I first signed up, so I didn't give them my bank info for direct deposit and they mailed me a check. My bank account was overdrawn, so I went to a check cashing place to cash it and they wouldn't do it. Told me it was a scam. I ended up depositing the check into my account anyway and Lo and Behold! It was fine. I've been with them now since March and I do direct deposit. They're pretty awesome.Work can get boring especially if you hate typing, but at least it's legitimate work and pay. They are free to join and you don't pay anything to them. You need a foot pedal for the transcription and they recommend you purchase one from a company they prefer, but if you already have one, you can use it or you can buy it from a store of your choice. The only problem is that if you have technical problems with the foot pedal, they can't help you. Oh, and you have to handle your own taxes. It's 1099 based work. It's nice, because you can pick your own hours and the only requirement is that you maintain at least ten hours per month.I generally maker about 25 bucks per hour depending on how busy they are.It sure beats any sales job like Ameriplan (I tried them once. Yuck!) It's also better than being a telephone operator!! (I tried West before. I hated it!)I hope this helps!
