If you are serious about meeting a Ukrainian woman, learn Russian. If you can't speak in basic sentences, then expect to be swindled. Sure, the first date will be with the interpreter. After that, set up your own dates and see if she is serious. Otherwise, only date women with your language proficiency. Sounds simple, but most men ignore it. She is more likely to move to your country if she speaks the language already. If she speaks nothing but Russian, I can almost guarantee a scam. Learn Russian. Skip the interpreter.

Symantec - as far as I can see there's 4-5 major scam reporting sites. About 10 new reports a week. I probably figure only 30% of these types of scams get reported. So that's a lot of $$$ that (mostly) guys keep sending. So we're trying to get into their head. "Why did you send the money?" The main reason that comes up is that they're being hasty. They're being foolish. "A fool and his money are soon parted" rings true in almost every case and I have the right to say it.

There are some Skype plugins that you can record the whole conversation. If you just need a pic - fn + prtsc works good.

SOE - yeah I used to do that too. It just takes too much energy on my part through. So as soon as I detect them as a scammer I immediately post them because someone else could get ripped off in the time being.

Comment from Special Operations Executive

Great information Steve, I didn't know that about Skype & I use it. Not saying that this bird is beautiful, I was talking about the ones I've been communicating with. And yeah, I have done the research on how you get to places in Ukraine, which towns have airports or not. Nikolaev is one of the towns on my list, plus Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkov, Odessa & Kiev of course. I have had scammers - one just recently from Russia - trying their shit, started slow, getting to know me, posting more & more revealing photos, even one with a vibrator in her cunt! Anyway I played, sent her twice to collect non- existent WU before she twigged. She was very, very patient, developed the "relationship" over a few weeks.Very cunning slut. She wasn't that good looking but had a nice body.I might post that whore on here so the boys can have a perve. I think Karl fell in love with her tits. And most of the scammers are professional, Boris or Svetlana.

Also the scammer can say that she is in any town but that doesn't necessarily make it so. When you send money by WU or MoneyGram and specifiy the town it still can be picked up in any town of the country you are sending. Many times scammers will put themselves in an inaccessible town (where there are no hotels or western standard facilities) so that you will not want to go there. Part of their strategy. Scammers often don't want to speak on the phone and keep everything by email. They are lazy too. Ask your potential date if you can call her, not on her mobile phone but on a land line #. With the land line # you can determine if she is actually in the town she claims. If she refuses you know it's a scam. Also I have read scam reports on this site of the scammer actually showing her face on Skype but no photo along with the report. What you can do is when you have her on Skype hit funct + PRTSC, then paste the image into your image software and save it. It's especially important that we have the images if they are willing to show their face on Skype.

SOE - I wouldn't call the woman in the pic that beautiful. She's about average for Ukraine. "She" if she is real is from Nikolaev - which has no airport. The only way to get there is to fly to Odessa then a bus or train to Nikolaev which might have made it all too complicated for the guy. The scammer is professional. She / he knows exactly which buttons to push. So the scammer painted a nice picture for Karl and he sent the money. Next...

Comment from Steve

They will never learn. They keep sending money. It goes back to my original point. This guy Karl, sounds like a German, didn't want to have to travel to "her". He's lazy. So the idea of "her" travelling to him appeals to him. The same ole same ole
